The first meeting of German-Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence was held successfully yesterday at Porsche Digital Lab in Berlin. About 50 AI enthusiasts, professionals and researchers spent a wonderful Sunday afternoon, exchanging their ideas and insights on AI algorithms, developments and collaborations between Germany and China.

Speakers: Kai Hui (回恺), Raphael Kohler (拉斐尔), Alice Chan, Karen Nemeth, Andreas Lommatzsch and Han XIAO (肖涵).

I sincerely thank all the friends and speakers for their participation, especially to those who came all the way to Berlin for joining us. Thank you! We are really looking forward to see all of you in GCAAI's next event!

Special thanks to the organising committee, in particular Yuan Jing, Shan Huang, Rico Meinl, Lorenz Schneidmadel (劳伦兹), Miao Yan (严苗), Raphael Kohler (拉斐尔), Han XIAO (肖涵) and Alice Chan.

(P.S. We are looking for even bigger event locations. Please let us know if you any hint on inexpensive venues!)
